Este lunes 14 setiembre se hizo efectiva la entrega de 4 nuevas viviendas que forman parte del complejo habitacional Pro.cre.ar ubicado en calle Pedro Videla, entre acceso Saavedra y calle Máximo Suarez del Distrito de La Dormida en el Departamento.
El resto de las viviendas hasta completar las 16, se entregarán mañana martes, miércoles y jueves 17 de setiembre, de acuerdo a los protocolos sanitarios indicados por la Dirección de Salud del Municipio.
“Durante años nos ha causado impotencia ver estas viviendas listas, familias que las necesitan y que no podían acceder, por eso ha sido una prioridad para nosotros desde que asumimos, llamar e insistir con quien corresponda para que hoy 16 nuevas familias santarrosinas puedan tener su casa propia» manifestó la Intendenta Municipal.
Participaron del acto la Intendenta Flor Destefanis, los ediles Débora Quiroga y Cristian Jalit, el Director de Obras Públicas Raúl Manrique, el titular del predio y representante de Pro.cre.ar, Licenciado David Ruíz y las primeras cuatro familias beneficiarias.
